On the second floor, you'll find the bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and television, and a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen. Here, you can enjoy relaxing holidays. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to be perfectly catered for during your stay.

From the living room, you have access to the sunny southeast-facing balcony with a partial sea view.

A staircase leads from the living room upstairs to the second bedroom, which also has a television. The bed measures 1.40 m x 2 m. The Velux windows are fitted with blackout blinds.

Your car will have a parking space in the underground garage in a duplex parking system. The parking space is located on the upper level of the lift. Please note the dimensions for your car (L: 4.90 m / H: 1.48 m / W: 1.90 m).
