The fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located on the third floor of a holiday apartment house, 450m from the sea in a quiet and central location between Sandstrand and Ortsmitte.
Free parking and covered bicycle stands are located on the backyard.

In the lower part of the apartment are
- a bedroom (double bed 2x90x200cm) with flat-screen TV and balcony,
- the bathroom with walk-in shower,
- The very extensively equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, blender, cooking and eating utensils, etc.) and
- The living room with flat-screen TV and south-facing balcony with balcony chairs.

From the living room leads a steep staircase to the maritime furnished maisonette room with two movable and stackable single beds à 90x200cm. A lot of free space on the floor offers children very good playing opportunities. From the large new roof windows of the maisonette room you can see to the sea and at night look into the starry sky.

On the opposite side of the road there is a modernized EDEKA market, a bakery and a laundry room. To the center of Büsum and the sand beach is about 1000m. On the way to the town center is a large bike rental. Many valuable information about Büsum can be found on the homepage of Büsum.
