The Space:

Perched lakeside at the back of Rivendell Winery Estate, Wildgreen Villa invites you into a world of comfort and style. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen offers premium appliances and ample bench space, perfect for preparing a feast with fresh local produce. Unwind in the lounge or escape to the dedicated theatre room for a movie night. A dedicated workspace is also available, offering a quiet spot to catch up on emails or plan your next adventure.



Step outside to a fenced front yard where children can play freely, while adults sip a glass of Rivendell wine and take in the greenery. The expansive veranda provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, complete with a wicker lounge and BBQ for long, lazy lunches or evening cookouts. A short walk brings you to the estate’s tennis court and playground, offering fun for all ages.



The bedrooms are generously sized with built-in wardrobes, each designed with relaxation in mind. The primary suite boasts a king bed, a luxurious ensuite with dual sinks, and a deep soaking bath. Another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two single beds provide restful retreats, while ducted air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower and an additional soaking bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience. Outdoor parking is available.



Only small dogs are allowed and must be on leads if walking through the estate. As per local council requirements, they are never to be left unattended.



A short distance from the house are two large water bodies; these are unfenced and child supervision is critical. Swimming is not permitted within these dams.

Rivendell Grounds & Venue:

Villa guests have access to the villa, its immediate surrounds, and the tennis court. The cellar door, restaurant, and playground are reserved for venue patrons and may only be accessed during operating hours. Please check the Rivendell website for seasonal opening hours

The surrounding farmland, including vineyards, dams, and bushland, is private property and off-limits to guests. As the grounds are a natural bush setting with dams and local wildlife, children must be supervised at all times.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy wine tastings and gourmet dining at nearby wineries such as Rivendell Winery, just a short stroll away for boutique wines and coffee. Head to Aravina Estate for award-winning wines, an elegant restaurant, and a surf and muscle car museum. Visit Windows Estate for organic, small-batch wines in a picturesque setting. Indulge in long lunches at Wills Domain, known for its fine dining experience with breathtaking vineyard views. Explore Clairault Streicker Wines, where you can enjoy relaxed wine flights paired with artisanal cheese platters.



Getting Around:

Parking: Ample parking space is available in the driveway. Kindly note that the garage is not for use.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.
