This holiday home is stylish, comfortable, well designed and furnished property that you, your family and friends will enjoy to stay in for holidays away from home.

The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, polished concrete floors through out, high quality furnishings, double undercover carport and also located in the fantastic beachside and central location within Busselton. Located in a private location, off the street, you will also feel secluded and private for your getaway.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. For families, the addition of a cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

This is a Strict NO Leavers, NO Party Property.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
