- A $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning or policy violations are identified during inspection.

- This property offers fully self-contained accommodation. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk and basic cleaning products. Additional supplies can be arranged during your stay if required.
- For the security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the entrance, driveway and other outdoor access areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.
