Designed for relaxed getaways, this spacious home features a generous balcony with a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, an enclosed garden, and multiple living areas ideal for families or groups of friends.

Enjoy peaceful mornings on the deck, cosy evenings by the fireplace, or take the kayaks out for an ocean adventure.

Tucked behind lush greenery, Casa Lagoona is a laid-back beachside haven built for effortless coastal living. With kayaks ready and the beach just steps away, you`ll struggle to find a reason to stay indoors.

The lounge is all about relaxation - deep leather sofas, a large-screen TV, and a woodburner to keep things toasty in winter, set in an airy, open-plan space with soaring ceilings and rich blackbutt floors. Slide open the glass doors onto the generous balcony, where sunset drinks, BBQ feasts, and wood-fired pizzas are practically mandatory.

The spacious kitchen is ready for action, with an electric oven, induction cooktop, and plenty of counter space for even the most ambitious holiday cook. A wooden dining table invites long, lazy meals, while wraparound windows flood the space with natural light and leafy views.

The downstairs snug — the kids` hideaway — has comfy couches and a TV, perfect for movie nights or morning cartoons. Next door, the bunk bedroom completes the kid-friendly zone. A laundry with shower and toilet means sandy feet never make it upstairs.

The primary bedroom is a retreat of its own, with a king-size bed and a sleek ensuite featuring a freestanding bath, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds offer comfort and charm, serviced by a bathroom. Ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms keep things breezy, while reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area ensures year-round comfort. There are also portable oil heaters for the bedrooms.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden is a little slice of tranquillity, perfect for morning coffees or evening stargazing. Driveway parking ensures a hassle-free stay.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face cloths.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Note that the owners’ elderly parents live closeby and there is a noise monitoring device.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

No pets at this home. Licensed for a maximum of 10 people - this includes children and visitors.

The home has stairs with no stair guard and a wood burner with no fire guard - so, may not be suitable for infants.
