The Space:

Surrounded by nature and ocean air, this coastal haven combines light-filled interiors with sweeping bushland views. Inside, the spacious living area with an oversized leather sofa and TV invites relaxed moments, with a fireplace for cooler nights and leafy treetops providing a serene backdrop to your downtime in the day.



Begin the day with the rich aroma of espresso and a laid-back breakfast around the kitchen island. Cook with ease using the gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher in a space designed for effortless meals. Just beyond, a generous dining table for ten opens to treetop views, turning even simple moments into something special.



For alfresco dining, the wraparound balcony invites you to savour ocean breezes and bushland views as you gather around the large outdoor table. With an electric BBQ ready for leisurely lunches or sunset feasts, it’s the perfect place to unwind and share memorable moments.



Each bedroom is a restful retreat, thoughtfully styled with soft textures, curated artwork and soothing tones. The primary suite features a king bed and a sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower for a refreshing start to the day. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and calming décor, while the third features two king singles with relaxed coastal styling. The main bathroom offers comfort and convenience with a shower-over-bath combo and a wide vanity—perfect for unwinding after a long day. A full laundry with a washer and dryer is discreetly tucked away, offering convenience for longer stays.



Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating. On-site garage parking is provided for two vehicles. Please note that the pool is not included in this listing.



Casa Indigo is located on the upper level of the property. The downstairs residence, Eagle Bay Beach Retreat, is also managed by us and can be booked separately for groups wishing to stay close together.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Just steps from Eagle Bay Beach, where crystal-clear waters invite swimming and kayaking, this retreat puts the best of the region within easy reach. Drive four minutes to Eagle Bay Brewing Co. for their iconic fish and chips, or visit nearby wineries such as Wise Wine, just five minutes away, for tastings and stunning views. Meelup Farmhouse, seven minutes by car, offers relaxed brunches alongside friendly alpacas. Meelup Beach is just a four-minute drive away, perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, or beachside picnics. For scenic hikes, head to Meelup Regional Park, just five minutes away, where coastal trails and panoramic views await. Dunsborough’s town centre is ten minutes away, offering boutique shopping, cafés, and daily essentials.

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the garage.



Airport: 38 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



There are no public transport options available nearby.
