Bay Beach House—Beachfront Bliss near Town

This spacious two-story home is the ideal family getaway, located across the shores of Geographe Bay and a short 10-minute walk from town. Featuring multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a kids' retreat with its own kitchenette, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Take in the ocean breeze and dine alfresco on the balcony, cosy up by the fireplace, or enjoy outdoor play time in the fully-fenced backyard.



The Space:

Bay Beach House welcomes you with its bright and airy interiors, stylish timber accents, and thoughtful design, making it an ideal escape for families and groups.



Upstairs, you’ll reach the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where daily life naturally unfolds. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for family meals, and the dining space flows effortlessly onto two balconies—featuring a BBQ, alfresco dining and loungers overlooking the peaceful Peppermint trees. The ultra-spacious living area is kept comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning, while the pot belly fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months, complemented by an additional sitting area for flexible relaxation.



Downstairs, you'll find a cosy TV room with a large corner sofa and reverse cycle air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a fully-functional kitchenette and a secondary dining space that leads to the undercover patio where you can easily serve snacks as the kids play outdoors. The fully enclosed backyard ensures peace of mind for families with children, while the fire pit (only available in winter) provides the perfect gathering spot on chilly evenings.



Upstairs offers a private retreat, thoughtfully separated from the additional bedrooms below. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in robe, and direct balcony access, while the upstairs bathroom includes a standalone shower and a separate toilet for added convenience. Downstairs, four additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, including a queen bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a single bed. A ground-floor bathroom with a standalone shower and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer complete the home for an easy, comfortable stay.



With direct beach access, a ten-minute stroll to cafés and boutiques, and free driveway parking, Bay Beach House is the idyllic place to experience the best of Dunsborough. Please note that firewood is not provided for the fireplace and is available from the local service stations.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Dunsborough is a coastal paradise with something for everyone. Start your day with a coffee from Silver Bullet Espresso, just a short stroll away, before taking a refreshing dip at Geographe Bay, directly across from the house. The town centre, just a 10-minute walk away, is home to charming boutiques, bakeries, and fantastic restaurants like Yarri and Occy's Brewery. For outdoor lovers, the scenic Meelup Regional Park offers stunning bushwalks, while surfers can catch waves at Injidup Beach. The nearby Margaret River wine region is perfect for a day of tastings at iconic wineries like Cape Naturaliste Vineyard and Wise Wines.

Parking: Driveway parking is available onsite.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.



Public transport: You can catch the bus right from the front door.
