The apartment is located in our holiday home 5 minutes walk from the center of Bussang with all the necessary shops: mini-market, butcher-cooker-caterer, bakery, creamery-cheese shop, pharmacy, post office, restaurants etc.
The tourist village of Bussang offers you a multitude of possibilities for sporting or cultural activities, in winter and summer: alpine and Nordic skiing, hiking, cycling, lakes, internationally renowned theatre, casino and many others.
The space
The duplex apartment is located on the second and last floor. It has one bedroom on the first floor and two large bedrooms on the second level of the apartment.
The shower room and WC are separate and located on the first level of the apartment. There is also a second toilet without handbasin located in room #3 (upstairs).
For groups of 14 or more people, a second apartment could be made available to you. Please contact us for more information on this subject.
Guest access
You will have access to all parts of the apartment.
Other things to note
Bed linen and medium sized towels are provided and cleaned by us.
The accommodation must be left perfectly clean.
We offer an optional cleaning service at a cost of 40 € to be booked in advance.
* Les fêtes et les soirées sont strictement interdites.
* Les règles de bon voisinage doivent s'appliquer.
* Gardez le volume sonore limité après 22h (pas de musique, parler bas).
* Les frais de ménage comprennent uniquement le lavage du linge de maison (draps, serviettes, nappes et torchons) ainsi que la préparation des lits. Vous devez faire votre vaisselle et rendre le logement propre. Si cela ne vous convient pas, merci de nous prévenir avant le début de votre voyage afin de prévoir un nettoyage en profondeur moyennant un supplément.
* Il est autorisé de fumer uniquement dans la cour en respectant une distance de 10 mètres avec la maison, en gardant la porte d'entrée du bâtiment fermée et en ramassant vos mégots. Interdit de fumer ailleurs dans la maison.
* Les animaux de compagnie ne sont autorisés que si vous nous demander à l'avance et moyennant un supplément de ménage.
