"As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. Location was pretty good too, local shops and restaurants,...

"Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was...

"Perfect location inside the old town and very near the beach. Nice restaurant all around and safe even partying at night. I loved the fact that it has a stacked kitchen with packets of olive oil, detergent for washing dishes and clothes. That is a very nice touch for their part and much appreciated. I actually love staying here except that me and my partner had several bites the next day. Bed bugs is the most probable cause but could have gotten from somewhere else."

"Apartamento super novinho, reformado, prédio com elevador e super bem localizado! Realmente tudo ótimo! Cama super confortável, quarto escuro e silencioso. A cama extra, que é um sofá que vira cama, não é mto confortável e não recomendo pra adultos. Mas pra criança é tranquilo. Amamos o apartamento e com certeza recomendamos! "

"With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel."

"This place is perfectly located. Many restaurants, shops, and easy walking to the beach and castle. The host, Marcos, was excellent. Easy to work with, flexible, and great at communication before and during our stay. The layout was perfect for our family. One room for my husband and I with a large bed, a small room for my one son, and comfortable pull out sofa for the other. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Alicante. "

"Distribución de la habitación inmejorable, limpieza impecable, incluso las bebidas del frigorífico están con buena fecha y no hay nada caducado ni pasado. Poco ruido, el metal de la calle está arreglado y no se escucha cuando pasan los coches, tampoco había ruido en las habitaciones de los lados. Experiencia 10/10, guardado para el próximo viaje a Alicante."

"Great comfortable and clean apartment for our weekend break. Very centrally located. "
