We are located on the edge of the community on a dead end street with a flowing stream in the back, which allows for a secluded and tranquil getaway

The Space

Gorgeous 4 bed, 2.5 bath with beautiful deck overlooking stunning Saw Creek! Fabulous raised screened porch lifts you into the surrounding woods. Downstairs game room features 70” flatscreen movie room, 2-3 person infrared Sauna, digital pinball, ping pong, foosball and more! Large deck overlooks the river and fire pit. Kitchen is well equipped for chefs and bakers! All while hearing the the comforting sounds of the stream. Amenities include:

Great for the kids and adults alike, this is a true family getaway. Have babies? We have a HIGHCHAIR and Pack N Play available for them as well!

Upon booking you will receive rental agreement document and tenant information document that need to be completed for access to the community as well as a copy of the primary renter's ID. Please contact us with any questions at any time!

Some things you must acknowledge before booking:

No large parties or gathering, 10 person maximum.

No fireworks / No ATVs allowed in community.

Be aware that the property is in Pocono forest & mountain terrain. It’s beautiful and we love it but it’s not your typical manicured suburban backyard. The yard is hilly and rocky. There will be insects outside. On occasion they may make their way inside. These are expectations and will not warrant refunds. Please keep doors closed to help prevent this.

Area is moderately hilly. You must be confident in yourself and your vehicle, especially in snow season.

4 car maximum in driveway, no street parking. Driveway is sloped as we are a hillside house. AWD recommended in winter.

No outdoor amplified music, please respect our neighbors

For property has 4 outdoor security cameras and 1 inside the private locked garage that are recording. Audio is not recorded.

All community amenities are use at your own risk!

Please at the end of your stay just make sure all dishes are cleaned or in running dishwasher and remove all trash from house and deposit in community dumpster. Trash can never be left outside to prevent problems with wildlife.

Community amenity availability is subject to change and is outside the control of the host. Community amenities are an enjoyable perk to the area, but refunds will not be given for amenity related changes that the host has no control over.

One night stays are charged additional $50 community registration fee.

Early noon check-in MAY be available for $35, please contact the host or manager if interested! :) Same for late check-out.
