This charming home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes all necessary cookware, a coffee machine, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and more, making it ideal for both cooking and baking.

The living room is designed for relaxation, equipped with a propane gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights watching Netflix. Each room is fitted with smart TVs offering access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps.


Outdoor amenities include a large wrap-around deck with a gas grill and ample seating. Additionally, there is a tranquil sitting area with a fire pit under the trees, making it a perfect spot for entertaining family and friends.
Parking is available for a maximum of four cars.

Located in the gated Saw Creek Estates community, which offers a plethora of amenities including picnic areas, walking trails, boat rentals, a lake and stream for fishing, 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools and hot tubs, a 'top of the world' restaurant, 8 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts, an indoor racquetball court, an outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, a baseball field, basketball courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a free-weight room. Access to all community amenities is available with provided badges. Saw Creek also hosts theme weekends and other family activities throughout the week.

Saw Creek Community Rules:

All guests must be registered at the office to enter the main gate. A list with names, addresses, and phone numbers must be provided 5 days prior to check-in.
No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM.
Respect neighbors by not playing loud music.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals.
All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines (a community map will be provided for reference).

Nice Place for Family Gatherings

We were celebrating my 60th birthday with our adult children and grandchildren. It was a lovely property. Some of the nice features were the large windows/ skylight with lots of natural sunlight, the scenic woodsy view, the wraparound deck, the fire pit and the large bathtub with jets. Some minor maintenance/ upkeep was needed, such as replacing blinds with missing slats, cleaning the top of the refrigerator andreplacing the c drain cover in the shower

Comfortable and Clean

House is clean and light and well appointed. It was so nice not to have to drag sheets and towels with us. We couldnā€™t get the heat on when we arrived but Vik and Sam were prompt to reply and there were new space heaters at the property so it worked out well. Regarding check in, the directions did not specify which gate to go to and part of our party found the wrong gate. We straightened that out as well. The neighborhood is well kept, and the area offers several good restaurants. We went hiking at Bush Kill Falls and it was a great experience. We are all over 70. All accommodations at the house and the park were appropriate for folks with some mobility issues. issuesmobilitsome70,

Great family trip

This was our second time to Saw Creek, first time to this house. The home was clean and spacious. This was perfect being a family with older children. A bright and cozy open floor plan to be together, and private rooms to retreat to. Morning coffee on the deck watching deer, fire pit at night, perfect. The host was communicative, and provided helpful information both online and in the home binder. We really like this community for the amenities, peaceful relaxation time, and youā€™re not far from other places to enjoy in the Poconos.

Fantastic Stay in a cozy home

The house is beautifully decorated. It's cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I stayed for two nights with my friends and had a wonderful experience. One of my friends had trouble checking in at the gate. However, the host was able to provide clear instructions and tell us what to do over the phone.

A wonderful space

We loved the house. Plenty of seating for our group including coaches, futons and chairs. Kitchen was stocked with enough cookware for dinner. Lots of wildlife around, 5 minutes from bushkill falls and other great attractions

Great Place to Stay

This was a great house in the woods. It had a wonderful deck, screened in porch, and fir pit available. The rooms were spacious and well later out. I would definitely stay again.

Itā€™s a beautiful place and the community as well, the only thing I would like them to improve about the place is the curtains needs to be blacked out, because as soon as the sun goes out it is imposible to sleep.

Family getaway

The house was nicer than pictured. Very open and comfortable. The host was super receptive and check in/out information was very clear. The house was very well appointed and fit 12 of us comfortably. We enjoyed the backyard, and did some local hikes. There were some fun board games which we enjoyed. Overall, a great stay, looking forward to staying again soon!

The house is very spacious, with everything you need to cook.

The house in general is nice and spacious, the pool is very close to the house , we had a great time! the kitchen has all the basics to cook, if you bring your own pantry, but in particular I have to mention that the people in charge (The cleaners ) are not doing their job well, since I myself had to wash the bathtub in the master bedroom to be able to use it because it was dirty, we had to vacuum the living room and we also found dirt in the kitchen, which was I let the host know at the time, who was always responsible for answering all my questions. With everything already mentioned, we had a pleasant weekend. Thank you.
