"Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts."

"A bright, spacious, clean, comfortable & well situated/connected place to stay & travel to/from London & surrounding areas.Samuel was contactable & always responded promptly relaying any information required both courteously & professionally."

"Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again."

"Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video."

"was perfect for my weekend away, the host emailed me directly to make check inn stress free and all information provided.. would definitely stay here again"

"Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

"GOOD LOCATION AND CLEAN"

"Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only...

"Property was comfortable and an easy walk to Kew Gardens and the train. Air conditioning was great because the weather was very hot. Nice and cool inside."

"Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett"

"House was large, comfortable and very well kept with updated kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer available so doing laundry was very convenient. Easy walk to tube station. Host very responsive to all guest communication. Highly recommend."
