"This house was perfect for our family of 7- all adults. There was plenty of space and the floor plan was great to allow everyone their own space as needed. We have rented many houses, condos, cabins and this was the first to have some food items on hand in case we needed it. The only thing I would suggest is to bring any plastic bowls with lids that you might need. With 7 of us, we did need them. However, Dollar General isn’t far and it is cheap. "We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! "We booked a long weekend here for my dad’s 70th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home has been nicely updated but still contained plenty of original touches that have it character. The outside space was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck, used the grill and fire pit, and of course the lake! We were very impressed with all of the lake toys the shed offered, especially the kayaks. The inside was set up perfectly for our group and our teenager appreciated her own space...

"The common area is SO cute and the studio was immaculate, well cared for, and had everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend staying here. "The house location, layout, proximity to town and amenities were just perfect and so fitting to what I love and my family loves. The house has the perfect touches with everything we needed. The extra large washing machine was a bonus! We had bonfires every night and sat outside on the upstairs deck during the day. We soaked in the hot tub on a rainy afternoon.
