I booked this place for seven nights, but decided to stay at another hotel mid-week. This is a luxury apartment building that had the potential to be amazing but with poorly functioning appliances/equipment, made the stay really frustrating. For example, the wifi kept disconnecting to the point that I had to buy another SIM card. There is a new stove but you can’t cook meat/fish because it will set off the fire alarm. You also can’t open the windows in the living room so I didn’t take the chance of cooking. There is a washer/dryer but it vents into your living room causing dust and takes 5-6 hours for a full cycle. 20 min for the door to unlock if you stop it mid-cycle. There is a nicely tiled bathroom but it has weak water pressure and a sensitive toilet. And they warn you of these little things with signs, which is both informative but not relaxing. For a 1-3 night stay, this is a great and convenient choice, but I would not recommend for longer. The staff also were very responsive and provided great service. More so than you usually get at a place with a virtual front desk. They seemed to manage things better than another company there. So do your homework and also watch the video Brown Suites sends about how to find the check-in place. Lastly, the view really is incredible!
