"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast was top-quality and absolutely delicious—definitely a great way to start the day! Another major highlight was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland!"

"The staff was very welcoming. Olivia was great! The breakfast had a good choice of options. The hotel is old. Our room the fridge was very old. It looked dirty but it was just rusty. The beds were old as well. A bit of dirty spots that just wiped with my Lysol wipes bit over all good option. Good location."

"I have stayed at the property numerous times and this is my first bad experience.
First after checking in I go to my room only to find the maid still cleaning it. The front desk was apologetic but I had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready.
Then I get woke up at 10am by a maid knocking and walking in! Check out is not until 11!
