"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The room was very clean. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, the morning staff was indifferent
The breakfast was lacking in everything the sausage and the eggs look like they came over on the mayflower. Nobody came to fill the batter for the waffles. There was about six of us waiting. Never ate.
I was on the third floor and the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls going down the corridor the little area where the elevator was was beat to a pulp.

"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean.
Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....
