"We loved the view and the house so much we never wanted to leave and in fact we changed plans for an outing to get more time to just sit on the lawn and read and relax! It was peaceful and a perfect amount of togetherness and solitude. The wildlife was a joy too. Bunnies, beavers, toads, geese, racoons and fireflies! We will be back. "

"The view was beautiful. As stated this area has some bugs, so be prepared some sprays and repellents. The nearby park is beautiful and it has two small charcoal grills. The house is above a garage so you need to walk up steps to get to the entrance. Inside is a K-cup machine and simple kitchen essentials. Place was clean, linens and towels were provided and there was WiFi available "

"Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning...

"We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!"
