"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO DUST Room appeared clean enough on the surface, comfy ish bed how ever, room was full of dust to the point that I'm now on antibiotics for sinusitis and steroids for an asthma flare up. Staff (the 1 we saw) was friendly and helpful, made sure we had clean towels. The pool is not heated to 28 as advised, and has a 'lovely' layer of green on the ground. "Our two-night stay in this hotel was pleasant. Our room was quiet, clean and very spacious. No noise from the outside could be heared. The bathroom was also nice, particularly the bathtube, which was big and separated from the shower. Although the wifi service was free, it was not so easy to connect though. On the other hand, the desk attendant was always very corteous with us. In all, the cost-benefits were good, and so we do recommend this hotel."

"Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. "

"Our stay in the apartment was great just needs a little maintenance on the heating and the kitchen as the lights were dull and range hood light not working at all made it hard preparing meals"

"I am a long term guest at seymours. It is always nice to see the team again as they are very pleasant and accommodating people. The building is old like majority of ballarat and has its quirks. The rooms are very spacious, well resourced, quiet and safe. They are always very clean. I will happily return again. Thankyou."
