"This beautiful little cottage was the perfect respite for our week of exploring the local area with our Son's. It was a short drive to the bustle of WSM and easy to get around to places like Cheddar Gorge and the Wookey hole. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The garden was a dream view and we really appreciated being able to sit in it of an evening, after a busy day out and about it was pure bliss to come home...

"Spotlessly clean accommodation. Stayed in studio apartment for 2 nights. Parking, access to property all very straightforward. Literally couple of minutes walk into Glastonbury town centre. Fabulous hosts. Continental breakfast supplied for 2 days. Perfect. Very communicative and prompt to reply to all questions. Will definitely book again. A treasure of a find. Thank you so much. "

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"The property was very well equipped & in a lovely position on the site. It was very peaceful. The couple of queries we had were immediately resolved by the reception staff. If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. "

"The property was perfect for our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very well equipped, clean, and most importantly for us quiet. Lots of space for our fur babies to run and a wonderful location for countryside walks and day trips to various places i.e. Wells and Glastonbury. We would highly recommend West Barn to anybody looking for a peaceful retreat or somewhere to meet up with friends/family."

"Lovely 1st floor flat, very close to the beach with easy beach access which was what we wanted. The flat is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were very happy there was a large fan keeping us cool as it was a hot week! The beds are nice and comfortable, bathroom is large and modern, living room has digital tv and wifi. The host was easy to communicate with and left lots of DVD's to watch if we wanted. We appreciated the welcome package of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and chocolate!...

"We were celebrating my wife’s 70th birthday, and wanted comfortable and special accommodation for family members and friends. We also wanted to be able to enjoy a grand meal together for up to 14 of us. Compton House was perfect for us - a very unusual and lovely property. Our host was very responsive and very helpful in every way. Thank you so much Patricia, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house."

"Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "
