"Stayed for a few days after surgery so they were able to get me a room on the first floor due to no elevators to the second floor. The hotel was quiet and staff were kind. Hot breakfast varied, but was good and not crowded. Hotel was close to anything you needed as well. Was pleased. "

"Staff were nice. Overall, the hotel was not clean. Booked it for 2 days and stayed for 1 1/2 hour and checked out. Floor, walls, sofa, bathroom, and bedroom were all dirty and looked nothing like the pictures posted. Please update the pictures because that’s false advertisement! Will not be returning. "

"I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize "

"Arrived around 10pm to check in. Two police officers were watching security footage of an incident. Condition of hotel is between a 1-2 star. Front Desk staff handed me a single key rattled off the room number and walked away. No instructions on direction of room, where to park, etc... The elevator was out of service and I was given a 3rd floor handicap accessible room...Chose this location due to the Sonesta Brand's consistency and having a kitchen. "O Hotel é muito bom e novo, mas as camareiras sao muito preguiçosas. Não fazem a cama direito, não lavam a louça - nem colocam na maquina o que é bem comum nos Home 2 que já ficamos. O primeiro quarto que nos deram tinha chwiro de comida estragada e ao reclamar, eles foram checar e trocaram nosso quarto. Vale a pena ficar pelo preço mas mantenha seu quarto limpo e organizado pois as camareiras não o farão. "
