"I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven)."

"Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help...

3. The nextam, I was cut off of wifi and when we left the building for the purported breakfast, was locked out of our room.

"Good location but the cleanliness factor was decisive for the bad evaluation. I found hair in the bathtub, dirty bathroom and used-looking pillows. They should stick to these details because it is well regarded and I like to stay in this hotel chain."
