The spacious, newly furnished living room features a comfortable seating area, a digital TV with many German channels, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you can access the large terrace with its lounge area.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the latest amenities. From the kitchen, you can reach the cozy veranda, where you can relax even in less than ideal weather.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a luxurious box-spring double bed and ample wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a vanity unit.

There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Stairs lead to the first floor with two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with two luxury box-spring single beds and ample wardrobe space. On this floor, you will find an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet.

The entire house is centrally heated by a heat pump. A washing machine is provided. There is ample parking on the property.

"De Parel van Schouwen" was completely rebuilt in 2018 using high-quality materials. The ideal location for those who appreciate luxury, tranquility, and open spaces.
