Located close to the charming center of Burgh-Haamstede and just around the corner from the cozy terrace square of Westenschouwen. Nestled in an oasis of tranquility, this spacious and characteristic Zeeland house with its glazed tile roof stands in the middle of an orchard. Originally the residence of the orchard’s owner, it has now been transformed into a delightful holiday home. A true family retreat equipped with all comforts to ensure you have an unforgettable stay.

Het Kusthuis was fully renovated and tastefully decorated in the first quarter of 2021. In the spring of 2025, the large downstairs bathroom was completely renewed, and beds on the upper floor were replaced.

The spacious living room features a large six-seater sofa and a cozy fireplace. The brand-new kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with all modern appliances for your convenience. On the ground floor, you will also find the master bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. The first floor consists of three tastefully decorated bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on this floor. Het Kusthuis overlooks the apple orchard and features a spacious, south-facing terrace. Here you can fully relax in privacy on one of the six Hartman garden chairs with comfortable cushions.

The house is located in Buitenplaats Schouwen, where you may often spot deer. This child-friendly family park offers peace, space, and plenty of facilities for a relaxing holiday. Near Het Kusthuis, there is a small playground with a sandbox. The park also features an outdoor swimming pool with a separate toddler pool, a tennis court, a large playground, a hockey field, a volleyball court, table tennis tables, and a pétanque court.
