Luxury holiday home on Ameland

Tucked into the tranquil dunes between Nes and the beach, this stylish villa offers a warm setting for an island escape. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, Smart TV, radio/CD player and gas fireplace, while underfloor heating adds comfort on cooler days. A mezzanine with a large oak dining table connects to the fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, DE coffee maker, Senseo and kettle.

Four bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, with the ground-floor bedroom offering two box-spring beds, a TV and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with a TV, plus a luxury bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, shower, toilet and sauna. A separate solarium provides another place to relax, while the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and the hall includes an extra toilet.

The spacious garden offers a sheltered setting with a south-facing terrace furnished with an eight-person dining table and lounge set. Rabbits, pheasants and occasionally deer may pass through the garden, adding a natural touch to the stay. Free WiFi and generous outdoor space make it easy to enjoy relaxing days at the villa alongside island adventures.

Villa Zee is a few minutes' walk from the North Sea beach and forest, with the charming village of Nes also within easy walking distance. Nes combines historic character with shops, restaurants and entertainment, alongside old commandeur houses and a freestanding church tower dating from 1723. The nearby dunes, woodland and coastline offer plenty of opportunities for walking and enjoying Ameland's scenery. For a peaceful stay close to both beach and village life, Villa Zee is a welcoming Ameland base.
