This lovely apartment features a large living room with a sitting and dining area. Large glass doors lead to the sun-drenched, sheltered terrace, which is enclosed by greenery and offers some privacy. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

The hallway provides access to the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have a TV and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. The spacious, attractive, and modern bathroom features a generous walk-in shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.

The sunny terrace in the courtyard faces south, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
