Beautiful villa in the dunes of Ameland

Peace and comfort come together at this stylish villa, quietly positioned in the dunes between Nes and the beach. Suitable for 8 guests, it features a warm living room with comfortable seating, underfloor heating and Smart TV, plus a large oak dining table. The modern open kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, kettle, DE coffee machine and Nespresso.

Four bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping space, with one downstairs bedroom offering two box-spring beds, a TV and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with a TV, plus a luxury bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, shower, toilet and private sauna. A separate solarium room adds another wellness feature, while the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and an extra hall toilet is available.

The spacious, sheltered garden offers privacy, while the south-facing terrace has an eight-person dining table, lounge set and two sun loungers. Rabbits and pheasants occasionally visit the garden, adding a natural touch. Free WiFi, two camping cots, two high chairs, private parking for two cars and a charging point further enhance the villa's family-friendly facilities.

Villa Nova enjoys a peaceful position on a dead-end road in Nes' dune area, with the North Sea beach and forest just minutes away. Nes village is also within walking distance, offering shops, restaurants, historic commandeur houses and a church tower dating from 1723. The surrounding dunes, woodland and coastline are ideal for walking and cycling, while Nes provides a convenient base for exploring Ameland.
