"We had a lovely stay at Avon View. Timo was on hand to resolve the initial niggles and from then it was smooth sailing. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, games and cinema room. The snooker table in particular was a hit, not many properties offer a full size table. The only minor critiques would be one of the ensuites needs some hooks as its quite small with limited storage space, and the bedroom next to the kitchen is not that insulated from the noise. Back to good...

"Our second visit in 6 years. The property is ideal for a large family. Check in was easy and on time. Kitchen was functional ( could do with sharper knives for chopping). The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the pub in the garden and outside space. The only criticism would be that the pool was quite cold especially for the smaller children (lips were turning blue!). Maybe a refurb of a fresh lick of paint to the interior. "The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

" A lovely time was had by all, the check in was good, there is plenty of china, cutlery, dishes etc.We used the BBQ which was a success.The outside space was brilliant the kids loved it. We had to work out how to switch on the integrated coffee machine, once we had managed that we ran out of coffee beans, there were none to refill.The chlorine level in the pool seemed to be very high, there were a lot of sore eyes."

"We had a super time at this lovely house, we were a family of 15 - 9 adults and 6 children and 2 dogs. There was enough space for everyone, it was great all being able to sit at the table together. The house was clean and worked well with everything you needed. The location is excellent, a half hour to the beach which we did both days we were there, you are in the forest although we did not have time for forest walks. Lots of pubs around for food, "
