"My entire family enjoyed our time at Hat Ranch. The house was amazing. The game riom was a big hit with the younger adults.I, as the resident Grandma, especially enjoyed the several quiet places to sit and read, both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We cooked most of our meals there so that was great.We enjoyed the wildlife also. Thank you."

"This was the perfect stay for old friends just needing a getaway from the stress of daily life. The home had everything we needed. It was just a few minutes to a grocery store and restaurants. We basically spent 3 days floating in the wonderful pool while reminiscing about the “good ole days”. I didn’t necessarily get the recharge that I needed because when I got home I spent the next week just wanting to go back. Anyone needing a peaceful, relaxing stay should book this place. "

"This was my second time to stay at this home and it was a wonderful experience. We were there for over a week and Bruce checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know about different activities in town. He even helped me ship some things back so I was able to get home to my kids a day early. 5 stars all around!"

"We were in town to celebrate my late wife's life by visiting the family graves & enjoying lunch at the Mercantile. The house was perfect for what we wanted to do as we had eight people staying there and another nine sitting in the living area and telling stories. The house has good character, but he needs to replicate the parking situation as the house next door."

"Our first day….. The first few hours were wonderful, but st 9:00 pm that night Pawhuska would be getting one of the worst storms in years. The first wave of thunder, relentless rain and lightening like i have never seen before, the night sky was continuously flashes of white, the power flickered on and off and then just off. When it passed we went to bed in the dark, I am glad i packed a small flashlight, it was going to come in handy. We were awakened again at midnight. This time it was 10...

"Overall, it was great ! The western decor was excellent. The goodie basket they left for us was amazing. The hot tub was just the thing we needed to relax and enjoy! The Victrola was a nice touch. Furnishings were very comfortable and adequate. The only two things we would have changed is the hardwood floors were squeaky and the only TV available were apps. "
