The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each), 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a baby cot and a high chair. In addition, the villa boasts a large outdoor area: from the garden, over furnished terraces (covered and open), barbecue and tennis court up to the outdoor shower and pool, everybody will find something for their taste. Freshen up in the pool on hot days or play a match against your loved ones. While doing so you can marvel at the wonderful mountain view. About 4 km away you will find restaurants and cafés (6 minutes by car). There you can also find the nearest supermarket. You can reach the Gardens of Alfabia in 8 km (9 minutes by car). If you want to get a tan on the beach, you can do so either at Platja de Can Pere Antoni in Palma (19 km, 18 minutes by car) or a little more remotely at Platja de s'Hort de Sa Cova (20.6 km, 36 minutes by car).
