"The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment. "

"I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults."

"This property is fantastic. I really enjoyed the story surrounding the building (being built up in the last couple of years with the original building being 184 years old!). Everything was very clean and cosy and is the perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The communication from the host is perfect, she really went above and beyond to make the stay as easy as possible. "

"On arrival house was dirty,beds not made, bins over flowing with rubbish, hot water scouldering hot ,no face washers.couch very dirty ,Worst house i have ever stayed in ,for the money i paid was a rip off ,bedside lamp big stain on it , shower was dirty, washing in dryer & washing machine ,no coffee,tea,sugar ,long life milk,ILucky i bought a sleeping bag to sleep in as very sensative to bed bugs,No pots to cook with cleaner came dropped some off,and done very quick clean.I should be refunded...

"Stayed in a multi room apartment, with accessible bathroom. The features of the room where as advertised, aside from one concerning oversight - the bathroom had no anti slip properties at all. For a person with significant mobility issues, and why the room was requested this was a significant oversight - the occupant slipped on the floor when transitioning from a wheelchair to the toilet and was not able to keep their feet steady because they were slipping around and ultimately injured...

"Easy to locate. Central to everything. Great set up. It was advertised with hot tub. That was the only disappointment. However it did not damper our weekend away. 8 females & all work colleagues. We were all very comfortable with the accomadation. Jenny was contactable & answered all my enquiries. She was a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
