"If you are after the Ritz then dont bother stopping here. But if you want value for money 5 minutes from the Jetty precinct and central to everything Busselton then this is the place. The home is clean and beds are comfy. Plenty of room to relax and so close to all amenities. We had a relaxing time here and will be back again for sure!"

"We had a very relaxing time at Peepie Grove Beach house.Sarah was fantastic at communicating with us. Gorgeous views of the ocean, we would have ventured down to the beach but we were just so happy to sit on the back veranda reading, puzzling and sipping wine in the sunshine.Many thanks fpr allowing us to stay"

"Great home to stay. Place accommodates everyone. We didn’t have young kids but could see how well it accommodates littlies without taking up space my teenagers needed. The office area was great for my girl studying, the garden even had herbs to cook with and there was lots of extra items most places don’t have like kayaks, fishing rods and bikes. This place was generous and it made us feel at home. Thank you Richard, your place really made a lovely holiday for us. "

"Check in was real easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was wild weather all weekend but the Tree House kept us warm and cosy. Watching the tree canopies blowing in the stormy winds and listening to the rain hammering the tin roof while relaxing on the sofas was total bliss."

"Well positioned for our group of friends who attended for Geographe Bay race week 2025 - between the Marina and the Geographe Bay Yacht Club. Enough space for us all and although we didn't have time to enjoy all of the outdoor activities on offer the dining area (inside and out) was large enough for us all to enjoy time together. Great air-conditioning! Very responsive friendly owner to our couple of queries"
