A towering stone wood-burning fireplace anchors the magnificent great
room on the main level. The soaring ceiling and exposed beams of the
magnificent timber frame construction add warmth to the entire home. The main level is also conveniently home to the King master suite, with ensuite bath including a soaking tub and double shower with deluxe fixtures. A Rennai on-demand water heater ensures there will be enough hot water for everyone.
Also on the main level, with open floor plan to the great room and dining
area, lives the gourmet kitchen. Appliances include 6 burner gas cooktop, double wall oven with warming drawer, large refrigerator with ice maker, separate beverage fridge, KitchenAid Mixer, both Keurig and drip coffee makers and every other appliance or serving piece desired for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
The large dining room area boasts a table that can extend to seat 14.

When you’re not kayaking, swimming or playing cornhole at the dock, catch
up on work or emails at the desk in the keeping room off the kitchen which also houses a large washer and dryer and cubbies for coats and shoes. The powder room off this room has a shower in it as well.

The second level boasts two more lovely bedrooms with their exposed
beams and cathedral ceilings, a large loft and a full bath.
One bedroom has 4 twin beds, two nestled below the wide dormer windows. The second has a queen bed as well as two more twin beds under the dormers. A twin bed and trundle in the bright loft round out the second floor bedrooms, sleeping 10 comfortably upstairs.

The walk-out lower level hosts a media room area, ping pong and foosball
tables, a large second living room area with a soapstone wood stove and a wet bar complete with a second beverage fridge. A game table for one of the many jigsaw puzzles or games sits off to one side. A second King bedroom and full bath with tub add to the charm and comfort of the home.

Bring your boat as there is deep water frontage at the boathouse and a slip for your boat. Paddle the cove and explore in one the four adult kayaks, two
children’s kayaks or square backed canoe which are available for your
enjoyment. Paddles and lifejackets of most sizes hang in the boathouse along with floaties and noodles. Fish, frolic, birdwatch or just enjoy sunsets on the clear waters of Lake Anna in our large quiet cove. Relax on one of the swings on the boathouse or on the waterside hammock. There is something for everyone here.
