You have full access to our entire house, our property, and dock. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Smoking.

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No pets allowed.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
