This retreat features 5 luxurious bedroom suites and 5.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy for every guest.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire house, yard, fire pit, dock, beach area, and driveway.



A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost and will be conveniently waiting at the property’s boat house—no pickup, no drop-off, and no hauling required. Simply coordinate with our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, to enjoy effortless lake days with more time on the water and less time in the car.



Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. As our guest, you’ll receive exclusive tee time privileges through our partnership—just let us know in advance.

Our fully equipped home features a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, Keurig with K-cups, and everything needed for preparing family meals. - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

- 10 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- No Pets

- Boat lifts are not available for guest use



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

- $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
