It offers the ultimate waterfront experience, with over 300 feet of lakefront, and boasting panoramic lake views from nearly every room. Being on the private side of the lake, you will appreciate the convenience of being near the Elk Creek Country Store, where watercraft fuel, ice, and food are available. Take your boat out on the lake for leisurely rides when you utilize the community boat ramp or use the kayaks on the private dock. The huge backyard features a scenic deck, a stone fire pit, and a gazebo which makes it perfect for entertaining, playing yard games, or relaxing with family and friends. When you want to explore the surrounding area, check out Lake Anna State Park, Lake Anna Winery, or one of the local breweries and restaurants.

Inside, sprawl out in more than 3,400 square feet of comfortable living. Cook in one of two modern kitchens, which boast ample storage and counter space and a suite of stainless steel appliances. There is also a media room on the main floor with books, TV, and plenty of DVDs. In addition, you can find space downstairs for TV viewing. Get comfy in the living area with your vacation read or converse near the gas fireplace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
