Located just a few minutes from L’Arbresle and half an hour from Lyon, it’s easily accessible via the nearby RN7. This spacious villa combines modern comfort, high-end amenities, and relaxation areas, including an indoor play area for the little ones and a game room for older guests featuring a pool table, foosball, and darts. Spread over three levels and perfect for gatherings with family or friends, the first floor features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious, inviting living room, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, 1 beautiful bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed or 2 single beds) with a TV and direct access to the terrace and pool, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a cozy living room with a reading nook and TV, 4 uniquely decorated bedrooms (two of which are furnished with a double bed or two single beds depending on your needs, another has a double bed, and the last has a single bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a play area for children. On the top floor: the “Tower” family room for 4 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra bed). Outside: a large, fenced-in property with a front yard and garden, a private 8 x 5 m pool, terraces (partly covered), outdoor furniture for lounging and relaxation, lounge chairs, a plancha grill, a trampoline, and a bocce set. For your comfort, bed linens, bath linens (bath towels, pool towels), and household linens are included, as well as a cleaning fee.
