"Had a great stay, no problems.
Only suggestion would be to give an extra towel in the room.
Front desk staff were great snd breakfast was fantastic but the scrambled egg was always super salty so please tell the chef to use less salt!
Otherwise perfect stay! "

"Vi ble møtt av svært hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Hotellrommet (familierom)ble litt trangt når også sofasengen var i bruk, men ellers var det rent og pent, gode senger og stille. Vi kunne ikke høre verken støy fra gata eller naboer. Veldig fint hotell som ligger veldig sentralt."
"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."
"Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful.
The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

Walking distance to a lot of great places, being in the city centre. Canal walk is 5 mins walk, library, eating places. Staff was polite and helpful.
Wish had a swimming pool but otherwise 5/5

"O quarto é um pouco apertado e seria melhor não ter carpete... Um pequeno vazamento no box do banheiro. Chato, mas administrável. A TV também não lhe permite acesso a streamings (importante quando o inglês não é sua primeira língua e a estadia é longa)...
No entanto os funcionários são uns queridos! Fomos muito bem cuidados e até mimados por todos! A cordialidade e proatividade fez nossa estadia excelente "

"The hotel stay started a little late due to late checkouts, and we were given a room with a bath for our first room after waiting nearly 2 extra hours on top of the 3pm check in time, we requested a walk in shower for our room, my brother and dad had one that they didn’t request, but we’re happy with, at least when I rang reception and told them we requested a walk in shower so then said to wait for a call they were going to call housekeeping to sort a room for us. "Walking distance from train station, nearby shopping mall and very close to an Asian supermarket that has anything from Japan, South Korea, and China. They also have all kinds of rice, maybe Thai rice too. Great location."

No geral o aspecto de limpeza é bem questionável.
Porém, a cama e toalhas estavam bem adequados.
Café da manhã bem simples.
