Bring your four legged friends with the comfort of knowing they get to run and play in a secure chain link fence around property. Or just sit under the trees in the swing and enjoy the morning or the beautiful desert sunsets. One mile from river in two direction, so bring that boat or jet skis

Primary renter must provide a photo ID., Property Damage Protection. Please leave the house as you received it. Please note all plants.
Never place HOT items on counter tops. Rinse all used dishes, place in dishwasher and start. Place all used linens, towels on top of washing machine.
Remove all Trash/Personal items. Green can regular, blue recycle only. Arizona requires we collect a 10.8% occupancy tax.

Quite neighborhood.Met neighbors across the street and next to me.Very nice.There is one house across the street I call the pigeon house.lot of birds there.enough room to park Boat trailer inside fence.Big plus.My doggy loved the big yard.will be back.

Little vintage

Cute place, little vintage, great big yard, dogs loved it, kids loved it. There was a lot of pet hair on the couches, not sure if cats have been there or not, but the allergies were on the rise… other than that the AC worked amazingly, and it was a good stay.

Cozy home

Love the outdoor space. Neighbors were friendly, Bed was uncomfortable. LHouse very well stocked. The home was cute and cozy.

FANTASTIC!

Our stay here just could not have been made any better. The house was beautiful and wonderfully supplied, and the yard was our dog's dream! Neighbors were so friendly, and we were close to tons of great restaurants and attractions. Just down the road is a fantastic veteran's memorial, and you can walk along the shore of the river there also. Beautiful. The hosts were helpful and responsive, they left an album full of information on local attractions and discount coupons for various things. Check-in and out was so easy.Really can't say enough about it, and if we are ever in this area again we will definitely want to stay here again. When the time came to go, I really didn't want to leave!

Great January Stay

Nice home away from home. Well stocked and great hosts. Our 2 Lab dogs loved it too. Will definitely return in the future. We stayed during a cold and windy January. The home was comfortably warm. Even though there was no heater in the master bedroom, we kept the doors open, so it was warm. Highly recommend.

A wonderful desert haven

This is a great little property! The neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe. The home is an older mobile, but is well insulated, comfy and cute as a button!! The beds are comfy. The kitchen is stocked well. The yard is wonderful for travelers with dogs or small families with kids. This was my second stay. During this stay the main air conditioner went out. The owners Melanie and Terri worked diligently to rectify the situation and I was able to complete my stay. I love this litttle property and hope to stay again in the future. during myvstay the main air conditioner here.

Restful

We had a very comfortable and restful stay. The house was cozy, clean and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the spacious yard. Our two little dogs loved it, plenty of room to run around and play, and being fenced was a great plus. The only thing was the noisy car trafffic but every thing else made up for it.

Quaint shady spot

The property is really cute and the grounds are kept up very well and the chain linked fence is awesome. Just had an issue with latching it closed in it's housing as the pebbles from the driveway fill it up. The new porch is nice and open and inviting. The patio with the table and ceiling fan was great! The home is not in the best area but we felt safe as we had our dogs with us to give us that extra comfort. Lots of vehicle and foot traffic and neighbors with very loud cars. The noise probably wouldn't be as bad if there were some sound proofing upgrades done to the trailer. Double pane windows maybe and some better insulation. But aside from those things, we would definitely stay here again as it was very close to our reason for booking the in the first place.
