"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had such a warm, inviting vibe that made us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we truly appreciated the peaceful, cozy atmosphere. We only wish we could have stayed longer — it was the perfect spot to break up our long drive. Highly recommend this lovely spot and would love to return someday! "

"The place was as advertised. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Would reserve again."

"Very nice and well maintained property. Parking is a bit tough. Mini-splits need to be turned on when you get there. The 3rd floor is very hot. Lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Only 10 minutes from downtown by Uber. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "

"The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. Only relief we got was when opening windows. Luckily had air freshener in the car. There were plug-ins but only one had deodorizer in it. The host...

"My family and I traveled to Pittsburgh for a small family gathering and we found Dylan's home to be perfect. Location was awesome, offering incredible views of the city. It was also easy to access any major roads or highways in only minutes from the home. We also enjoyed the free arcades which kept the kids busy, along with having a bedroom set up for the kids with four beds and a projector. "Great House for a Bachelor Party weekend in Pittsburgh. There was plenty of space for all involved and property was very well maintained.The pictures did not do the property justice as everyone in the party was impressed with the house. Very easy to door dash as well. Ubers had an easy time finding the location.Property manager was easy to work with."

"This place was perfect for our family trip! We have a family of six with kids ranging from 11 to 23, and everyone had their own space. Having two full bathrooms was a blessing when getting ready in the morning. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and despite being close to the freeway, the noise was minimal, and we all slept very well.The location was great—close to downtown with spectacular, warm views from the deck. "Great place close to downtown, in a nice quiet hilly neighborhood across the river. 15 steps or so to front door and a flight up to bed and bath, so you need to be able to manage them. Beds were comfy and everything clean and shiny!! Enjoyed our stay! "

"This property did not disappoint. It’s well decorated and comfortable. The beds are comfy and the linens are crisp. The kitchen is very well appointed with high quality appliances, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The home is very clean and neat with a fun surprise with a Pac-Man arcade game. Would highly recommend. The location is perfect to downtown and easy access to the entire city. Great find!"
