"good"

"The purpose of my visit was business, and this was my second stay, at this location, this year. My first stay was prior to renovations. Before I get into what I did not like, I should mention the good experiences I had. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient for the airport. For the not so good, I was disappointed to see the newly renovated rooms. - The air conditioning was terrible. It seemed to maybe work for...

"Property was well located to ioi mall and many restraunts/eating close by. Room was quite big. Unfortunately the furniture was really quite old and needs to be upgraded including the double bed we used. The bathrooms both had mould around the glass screens. Probably we won't stay there again. For the cost of the property it was just OK. Easy to check in and out the complex is very well staffed with security."

"This hotel is way overpriced! I paid more than MYR$500 for two nights for a queen size bed with window, the room is so tiny with a tiny 2x3 ft. window in the room (it is my guess). The bed is placed against the wall on one side. They did not even provide a box of tissue paper, TV is not working.. Truly not recommend to pay this money for tiny room!"

"Amazing staff"

"The place was rather dirty and witb bugs"

"Location is quite convenient to the IOI mall, but most of the restaurants are across the main road which can only be accessed through the overhead bridge linking the mall to the other side of the busy truck road. My room was small and sparsely furnished. Towels were old and the remote control for the air-conditioner in my room was faulty and was set to 16 degree C. Much too cold for me! The only window in the room faces the main road which was always busy and noisy. The hotel is situated next to...

"I was booking a twin bedroom but they upgraded me to a queen bedroom with window as they said the twin bedroom under maintenance. The bathroom shower head holder is spoilt and can’t hold the height. Room also not in good maintenance. There is mold on the basin too. No hair dryer provided. Only the location is good. Not recommended and will not be back again."

"Hotels pretty standard for a budget stay. Good bang for your buck. I have stayed here once before this one and that was frankly better. The room i had this time round reeked of cigarette smoke the second you open the door and i had to run the bathroom extractor fan all night on day 1 to mitigate it. There was also little to no toilet paper left. Had to request some from the reception immediately within the first few hours of moving in. Otherwise a pleasent stay. Reception was helpful and...

"Noisy, bad sound insulation "

"You get what you pay for. I booked three nights in the cheapest room, and thought I would get complimentary coffee and tea, electric kettle and toiletries. Boy I was wrong. On the plus side, the room was clean and air conditioner worked well, although not as cold as high-level hotels"

"Area acceptable, however room was in poor condition with a used condom beside the bed, inadequate cleanliness, unpleasant odor, and an unclean washroom. The bed was in terrible condition."
