The elegant Villa Eva is situated in the quiet village of Kaštel, near Umag and the northwest coast of Istria. Encircled by charming greenery in the peninsula's interior, Villa Eva covers an area of 186 m² with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for 8 people. As you step into the ground floor, an airy open-plan living space welcomes you, with glass doors letting in ample light and providing easy entry to the garden and pool area. The living area has a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge has a cozy corner sofa and a smart TV, perfect for get-togethers and watching a film. Contemporary decor combines with delightful embellishments, while neutral tones provide a pleasing ambiance. This extends to the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find all the appliances you need, from a coffee machine to a microwave. You can have a tasty meal with your family and friends at the big dining table, overlooking the villa's charming garden.



There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The rooms are designed to create a calming atmosphere, with mainly neutral colours used throughout. Each room is equipped with access to a garden or balcony and offers a peaceful view of nature to enjoy with a morning cup of tea. Three of the rooms have double beds and one has two single beds. All rooms on the first floor have TV and ensuite facilities and the room and bathroom on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. All bathrooms have walk-in showers and are equipped with toiletries, hairdryers and comfortable bathrobes.



There is parking for up to 4 vehicles in the fenced yard, with a socket for electric cars. The driveway is suitable for sports vehicles with a low chassis. On the other side of the courtyard is an idyllic garden full of greenery with views of the Istrian countryside. The highlight of this area is the inviting outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Towels and an outdoor shower are available for your convenience, and comfortable deckchairs provide an ideal spot to soak up the Istrian sun while enjoying your favourite book. Adjacent to the pool, there's a roofed summer kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has everything you need and a gas grill for cooking meals outside, and the big table is perfect for social gatherings and late-night chitchats while enjoying delicious food. There is also a trampoline for the entertainment of your little ones, who are always on the lookout for new adventures.



Villa Eva is close to the picturesque town of Buje - we recommend a visit to the old town centre on the hill and the 14th century church of St. Servul. Just a short drive from Buje, the town of Momjan boasts a striking 13th-century castle and is known for its famous muscat wine. You can also enjoy the top gastronomic offer in the coastal gem of Umag, which is only 13 kilometres from the village of Kaštel. You will adore the captivating historic town, brimming with monumental attractions and accompanied by a delectable range of food and drinks.
