Villa Deni is a detached, modernly built house with swimming pool situated in a little village of Kaldanija, 11 km from the city of Umag.
It can accommodate up to 8 persons.
Villa Deni has 4 double bedrooms (180x200 bed size each) and 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 of the bathrooms have double sinks.
The Villa spreads over ground floor and an upper floor.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a table for 6 and a sitting area with flat screen SAT TV. Kitchen provides a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine and a kettle, microwave and refrigerator with freezer.
Dining area has an access to the outside dining area (with a table for 10 people) with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.
One of the bedrooms is also situated on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
Upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them an en suite.
WiFi is free for guests. Iron and ironing board are also on guests disposal.
Pets are welcome.
