Villa Deni is situated in Kaldanija, 10 km from the town centre of Umag and the old town. The nearest beach is Kanegra 7km away. It is 10km to the market, bus stop and pharmacy in the town centre.

This villa with a pool provides 187m² of living space and an 800m² garden. Villa Deni comprises a ground floor and an upper floor and boasts 4 double bedrooms (beds each 180 x 200cm) and 3 bathrooms with a shower. Two of the bathrooms have a double washbasin. On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining space with a table for 6 people and a sitting corner with a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining space opens onto an outdoor dining area (with a table for 10 persons) with an outdoor kitchen and a grill. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, along with a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The upper floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has its own bathroom.

Guests can use free parking spaces. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. Outside there is a lawn with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a roofed sitting corner, a roofed terrace, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a grill.

WiFi is free for guests. An iron and ironing board are also available. Pets are welcome.
