The house is suitable for 8+2 persons. In the house there is a cosy living room with LCD and an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, LCD and air conditioning and a private terrace with beautiful views of the garden and pool. The dining area offers access to the pool area and an outdoor dining area. The charcoal barbecue in the garden is ideal for preparing delicious summer meals. You can relax in the sun by the large private pool and prepare delicious specialities on the barbecue. If you want to eat outside, there are 2 covered terraces. PLOVANIJA - BUJE Plovanija is a small and beautiful village in northern Istria and administratively belongs to the town of Buje, Istria County, Croatia. It is located near the border with Slovenia and 6 kilometres from the town of Buje. The fertile area of Plovanija and Buje is a slightly hilly area with a Mediterranean climate. The vineyards and olive groves form a typical Istrian landscape. Velvety hills were inhabited in the Bronze Age, the Histri built their prehistoric hill forts and the Romans founded colonies. And one of the most beautiful views of green Istria is the imposing medieval castle on the steep hill of Momjan. Here you will also find one of Croatia's most famous wine routes with 23 famous winemakers. It is also a pleasure to explore the olive oil roads where you can learn all about the production and processing of this well known product with corresponding tastings. Kanegra beach is the closest beach to Savudrija and only 5 km away from Villa Sanja. It is a long pebble beach and certainly one of the most beautiful in Istria. Shiny pebbles bathed in the blue sea and lush green forest in the background create a unique atmosphere perfect for relaxation and enjoyment during your holiday. WHAT TO DO AND VISIT: The Cape Savudrija lighthouse in Umag is the oldest Croatian lighthouse, built in 1818 on the north-western cape of the Istrian peninsula. It consists of a round stone tower, 2 buildings on the ground floor and a third building with ground floor, upper floor and attic with a total area of 530 m2.
