The property is composed of 4 independent units, each featuring its own private entrance, a dedicated living and dining room with a kitchenette on the ground floor, and private bedrooms on the upper floor. Across the entire property, there are 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed between the floors.

On the ground floor, each of the 4 units features a living and dining room with a kitchen corner, providing a welcoming and functional communal space. The shared open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. Each ground floor living area offers direct access to the garden, the terrace, and the swimming pool. The ground floor also includes 4 shower and WC bathrooms.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 8 rooms. 4 of these rooms each contain 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A further 2 rooms each feature 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the remaining 2 rooms each offer 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. All upper floor bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. This floor also includes 4 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.

The top floor accommodates 2 additional bedrooms. The first room features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 200 cm, and the second room offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both top floor rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The property enjoys a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, adding a truly scenic dimension to the overall guest experience.
