In the heart of Baden, in beautiful Bühl, this 110 m² apartment awaits you in a detached holiday home in a prime, quiet residential area.



The spacious accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests and features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for convenient cooking. Fast Wi-Fi, a TV in the living area, step-free access throughout the interior, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer, complete the amenities. Public transport is also easily and quickly accessible.



Air conditioning in the living and dining room and in the master bedroom ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The master bedroom offers extra comfort with a large box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm), its own TV, and plenty of space.



On your private balcony and open terrace, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views over the Rhine Valley to the Vosges, the local vineyards, and the Black Forest. The terrace has a lockable bike storage and, according to our guests, especially beautiful sunsets—a perfect place to end your day.

There are communal parking spaces directly at the house. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Thanks to its ideal location between Karlsruhe and Offenburg, the apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the nature, cities, and attractions of the Black Forest. In winter, you will also find excellent skiing opportunities and many atmospheric Christmas markets, including the famous market in Baden-Baden or, just a short trip across the border to France, the renowned Christmas market in Strasbourg.
