It has a beautiful terrace where you will find the charming 5m x 3m swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days.
You will also find a table for 6 people where you can enjoy meals made on the barbecue offered by this house, surrounded by nature and tranquillity.
Just as you will find another area with sofas and armchairs where you can relax while reading a book or having a drink with the rest of the guests.

You will see that the interior preserves the rustic Mallorcan style, but without being left behind in time.
On the ground floor, they have the cosy and bright living room where you can sit and watch whatever you feel like on Netflix, or other applications (there is no satellite or antenna TV).
The living room directly connects to the dining room and on the other side connects to the spacious kitchen, where you will find all kinds of facilities for your meals.
On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The entire ground floor has underfloor heating for the cold winter days.

Going up to the first floor you will find the rest of the double bedrooms and the other bathroom with shower.
The rooms on the first floor have air conditioning.
