"WARNING: There is a massive, uneven easement hill before the flat land pictured. Not suitable for an RV. The gate doesn't even allow for safe RV entry. Also not pictured is the section of land being used as a junkyard, which you are expected to camp next to. The neighbors came out to say the land is under a trust and the lister has not shown rights to use the land, so the county is taking him to court. I was granted a full refund, but save yourself the trouble of finding a last-minute substitute...

"I chose Lori’s listing first for the cost and second for the description. Although the curb appeal isn’t quite ready, and the initial entry makes one wonder, once you enter into the guest space, all is as described: clean, equipped, secure, and quiet. Everything you might need as a traveler was provided. I knew my way around Laramie so the location provided many walking opportunities. To the park, to the UW campus, even walking downtown in 20 minutes. Street parking was not a problem. Lori...

"Clean, clear communication, great location to campus. Nice to have parking off the street too. The only minor thing that I would note is that the walls are thin and if other guests are staying upstairs you will basically hear everything. Lol not something I took into account having not stayed in any type of apartment for years. It stayed nice and cool though, which is a huge bonus in Laramie's hot summers where most places do not have A/C. I would recommend and likely stay again if ever I'm back...

"This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy.
The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. He also mentioned that he was planning to get new carpet, which I was glad to hear, because the carpet is definitely showing its age. The...

"Only compliant. Very limited blankets. What was on the beds were very thin. Blankets provided for the pullout were knitted so they were not warm either. When I asked for extra blankets we were denied, there were no other options."

"Property served our purpose and was very convenient. Laundry was misleading. Was expecting in unit laundry but that was not the case. Only a coin operated washer and dryer in the back of the building was available."
