➤ Disclaimer: Please note that this is a duplex property. This is the BASEMENT of a single home that has been converted into 2 living spaces. The upstairs unit is also being rented. There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage and the backyard is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around upstairs or see them in the driveway.

➤ Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $150 and those with large productions start at 300.

➤There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

☀ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.
