Guest access
You will have access to the patio, and shared laundry. You'll also have access to the neighborhood pool and tennis courts. Pool is not heated.

The backyard is not accessible to the upstairs guest.

Other things to note
➤This is the upstairs of a single home that has been converted into 2 living spaces. The unit downstairs is also being rented. There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around below or see them in the driveway.

➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in

➤Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at 1000.

➤Disclaimer: Please note that this is a duplex property. There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

➤ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need earlier check-in (like 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate.

➤ STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide basic starter supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) to get you through the first day or two. Please plan for anything else you might need.
